I am sorry, but it seems I never have time for this blog.Lots of things has happened since my last blog entry.We are going to get the house keys on this friday.Yepp, we will be in by the end of this week. And take a look at the pictures...

Site start date

Finally our site start date: 24 February. Nothing has happened since last december, we were waiting for the council to approve our plans, Metricon to get all the details from Studio M, Baumont tiles and the Electricals.List of the upgraded items:
1 Provide Tuscan style garage door
2 Provide cedar colorgrain finish

internal mod:

3 provide Corinthian Milan internal doors
4 provide stylus newbury island bath
5 relocate washing maschine taps to cupboard
6 dorf belmore double towel rail to ensuite and bathroom
7 provide smartile floor waste
8 provide stainless steel square floor waste to laundry
9 electrical upgrade

bought our curtains as well, (curtain wonderland had a great sale), and asked for quotes to have the backyard lawn and the concrete for the outdoor room. From Metricon the quote was: 290sqm turf is $4450 and 16.3 sqm of concrete is $1630. I think I will go to Bunnings to check out a cheaper option:).
