We signed the contract for the Lindeman 23.It is not a huge house, but it would be perfect for us.3 bedrooms,master with ensuite and WIR, a child retreat,living room, dining area and a perfect sized kitchen for me:).The bonus is the outdoor area, it is under the main roof.
We had our tile, electronical and colour appointments.Had a little bit of upgrade,but we were really happy with the builders standard selection range.(not so happy with the price of the upgraded items)I guess that is what happens when you don't have a lot of money to build.
Congrats on the new home!!! It's going to be a very exciting ride. We are building with Metricon as well and have had no major problems so far.
